How Do I Place An Order?

Online purchasing is not yet available. Please do contact me at info@jessicabanks.co.uk if you have seen something you like in my online Look Book accessed on my Home page.

Payment and Shipping

I can take debit and credit card payments through Paypal or a BACS bank transfer.

Shipping costs are £3.49 (2nd class royal mail small parcel with proof of postage), £4.19 1st class and from £7.35 guaranteed next day.

I use recycled packaging for postage wherever possible.

All jewellery items are sold in a branded box or in a velvet cloth pouch.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not happy with your jewellery purchase for any reason please contact me at info@jessicabanks.co.uk to arrange a return and refund. Please note that only unworn pieces can be returned for a refund for hygiene reasons.
